In-store returns must be within 30 days of purchase date, along with your itemized receipt. We offer store credit or exchanges only. No cash or credit will be returned.
Please contact us at aaron@naturesown.com prior to returning any items. Items must be in new, unused condition. You may receive a gift card for in-store purchases only, or we can arrange for online exchange via email. You may receive credit for the amount of your item minus any shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error). Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Sorry, we cannot be held responsible for packages after they are marked as "delivered" or for any return packages lost in transit.
We ship to the 48 lower continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii without prior arrangement. Please email us if you are interested in long-distance shipping.
We ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 3 business days. Gift cards are shipped via regular USPS mail, and do not include tracking. We usually use UPS Ground for other packages. If you need your items by a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering to ensure rush availability.
We understand the delicate nature of these products, and package accordingly to be sure your purchase arrives safely. When possible, we reuse packaging supplies, and encourage you to do the same. To avoid potential shipping issues, some of our products are available in-store only, so we recommend stopping by either location for more choices.
